Defendants, Charles Keith, Ronald Leak, James Pate, Leonard Gayles and Roland Norwood, were indicted for burglary in violation of section 19-1 of the Illinois Criminal Code. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 38, sec. 19-1). In the Circuit Court of Cook County the defendants all made motions to suppress the physical evidence, and the court sustained the motions after a hearing...
