Certiorari was granted in this case to review the holding of the Court of Appeals which placed the wife of a debtor in the same category as a debtor insofar as her right of privacy, etc. is concerned, and held that mere payment of a husband's debt by a wife on one or more occasions entitles the creditor to treat the wife as the debtor.
