Plaintiff-appellee, Southern Fleet Leasing Corporation, leased to defendant-appellant, Jerry W. Brown, d/b/a Typewriter Discounts of Louisiana, ten Toshiba calculators. The lease agreement between the parties was in the form of a written contract which provided for the lease of said calculators for a term of thirty-six months, commencing February 26, 1969, at a monthly rental of $225.89.
