Plaintiff, Work Clothes Rental Service Company, instituted this suit against Dupont Manufacturers, Inc., to recover the balance alleged to be due on a contract for the furnishing of work clothes for the defendant's employees. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, and defendant has appealed.

The issues are whether the indebtedness has been extinguished by accord and satisfaction, and alternatively, whether the defendant is entitled...
