On November 17, 1967, an automobile driven by the defendant was involved in a traffic accident which resulted in the death of the driver of the other motor vehicle. The defendant was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of G.L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) § 31-27-2,1 and driving so as to endanger, resulting in death in violation of § 31-27-1...
