The trial court awarded plaintiff Dan A. Ritchey, Jr. a $6,900 commission for services rendered as a realtor. Defendants owners C. P. Hilliard and Frank R. Bailey, Jr. appeal, contending that the exclusive listing contract terminated before the property was sold.
