This civil action was instituted in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County by Roy Lee Thomas against Louise Ramey and Lewis Ramey, her husband, to recover damages for personal injuries, pain and suffering sustained by the plaintiff, and medical expenses contracted by him which were occasioned by his being struck by an automobile owned and operated by Louise Ramey while he was crossing Heber Street in the city of Beckley.
