Appellants, Leo Franklin Coleman and Steve Ralph Nichols, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, for the offense of Robbery with Firearms; their punishments were fixed at twenty-seven (27) years imprisonment for Coleman and fifteen (15) years for Nichols, and from said judgments and sentences a timely appeal has been perfected...
