BYRD, Justice.

Albert Rice sustained a broken leg while working for Anchor Construction Company. The healing period was complicated by a fat embolism which resulted in some temporary difficulty in breathing. Admittedly Rice was left with a resulting angulation of his left leg which the only medical witness evaluated as a 15% permanent partial disability to the left lower extremity from the hip down. Rice claimed and produced some evidence to show a wage earning loss...
