Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for defendant in an action for damages resulting from an automobile collision.

The accident occurred August 18, 1965, at approximately 5:45 P.M., on Interstate 25 at the Colorado 7 Exit. Plaintiff and defendant were both headed north on Interstate 25. A slight mist or precipitation was in the air at the time, but no puddles were on the roadway...
