On February 3, 1970, the Plaintiff-Appellant, James Kourlias, obtained a judgment against Roland O. Hawkins in the sum of $13,100.00 plus costs and interest. This judgment was affirmed by this court. See Hawkins v. Kourlias, Ind. App., 282 N.E.2d 551 (1972).
