This is an appeal from the district court's refusal to enforce the decision of a collective bargaining conference committee in a suit brought under § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (29 U.S.C. § 185(a) (1970)) and 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201, 2202 (1970).
