Writ granted. We find no error in the trial court's factual appreciation, after evidentiary hearing, that relators had effective assistance of counsel during the trial. However, under the uncontradicted testimony of appointed counsel and themselves, relators timely requested that an appeal be taken, and it was not. Relators are therefore granted relief as to this.
