Plaintiff brought this action on February 7, 1972, pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:1634 seeking a judicial review of a decision by the Louisiana Board of Review which rejected his application for unemployment compensation benefits. Named as defendants were the Administrator of the Division of Employment Security of the Department of Labor, State of Louisiana, and plaintiff's former employer.
