This appeal is from a conviction on a one-count indictment charging appellant with receiving and concealing marijuana which he knew to have been illegally imported into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 176a.1 Appellant now contends that his indictment and conviction were invalid due to the repeal of 21 U.S.C.A. § 176a prior to the time of indictment and trial.
