Bennie J. Hudgens and his wife, Geneva Julius Hudgens, brought this action seeking damages for injuries received by Mrs. Hudgens as a result of burns suffered when her clothing allegedly caught fire from an open flame gas bathroom heater. The defendants are John H. Gunn, his son, W. W. Gunn, and John Gunn's liability insurer, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company.
