On November 21, 1963, J. J. Collier and Johnny Kuglar entered into an agreement with Barto Brown and David W. Segars, Jr. whereby Collier and Kuglar agreed to purchase from Brown and Segars all of the capital stock of Ponderosa Estates, Inc. for $103,352.00.
