Defendant, Island of Bob-Lo Company, appeals from a denial of its motion for a directed verdict and a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. GCR 1963, 515.1, 515.2. This case arose from injuries sustained by the plaintiff Agnes Mackey, who fell on striking a puddle of water in the roller skating rink defendant operated for public use.
