This is a suit filed by petitioner, Mrs. Bonnie M. Frank, individually and as the duly qualified natural tutrix of her two minor children, for damages resulting from the death of her husband. Defendants are Mavis I. Simons, Earl D. Simons, and their liability insurance carrier, Allstate Insurance Company.
