This suit, before us for the third time, seeks damages for injuries sustained by Lilly Mae Wade Butler which were allegedly caused by the medical malpractice of Drs. William E. Smith and William C. Dunbar. She was joined as a plaintiff herein by her husband, Leo Butler, at the time of the original filing of this action, although his whereabouts are now unknown; also named as defendants are The Travelers Insurance Company and the American Insurance...
