These two appeals come here by different routes. No. 27153 is an appeal from the trial court from eight judgments of conviction of felonies including capital felonies.

No. 27435 comes here by writ of certiorari to the Court of Appeals of Georgia. As a part of the felony trial proceedings the appellant had filed his plea of insanity to the effect that he was unable to understand the nature of the proceedings...
