Plaintiff Richard P. Hagenbuch brings this action for damages for personal injuries resulting from a hammer chip striking him in the left eye. He alleges breach of implied and express warranties, negligence, and strict liability in tort. His wife, Joan Hagenbuch, seeks damages for loss of consortium. Defendant Snap-On Tools Corporation was the seller of the hammer, and defendant Houdaille Industries, Inc. through its subsidiary...
