Appeal and cross appeal from order-judgment dated June 1, 1972 dismissed. The order-judgment was superseded by the order dated June 19, 1972. Order dated June 19, 1972 reversed insofar as appealed from and plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment denied. Appellants-respondents are awarded one bill of $10 costs and disbursements to cover all the appeals.
