This appeal arises out of a mechanics lien action. Bjorn Tenold Painting Contractors, Inc. (Tenold), a subcontractor and respondent here, was granted judgment against appellants, Bo-Man Associates, Inc. (Bo-Man), the general contractor, and Maurice Mandel, Inc., Boyer H.
