The conviction is for the possession of marihuana; the punishment, three years imprisonment.

The appellant entered a plea of not guilty before the court. The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged. The record reflects that no search warrant was issued. The marihuana admitted into evidence was obtained with the full cooperation of appellant's parents pursuant to a "consent to search" from, signed by both of appellant...
