This is a suit for personal injuries and property damages resulting from a collision between an automobile driven by the plaintiff and a small truck driven by Elija Trueblood, one of the defendants. The other defendants are Trueblood's employer, Louis O. Reuther, Jr., d/b/a Flower Room, a/k/a Bud's Flower Shop, and his insurer, Continental Insurance Company.
