INGOLIA, Commissioner:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for 1968 in the amount of $469.48. The only issue involved is whether the petitioner is entitled to exclude $3,600 as a "scholarship" or "fellowship" grant under section 117.1
