Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by reducing the principal award, $37,167, to the sum of $24,950, by reducing accordingly the interest computed on the award, from $4,763.49 to $3,197.76, and by reducing the total amount of judgment, $42,363.40, to the sum of $28,580.67 (which sum includes costs and disbursements in the sum of $432.91). As so modified, judgment affirmed, with costs to plaintiff.
