This case is before us on appeal from a conviction for possession of narcotics paraphernalia consisting of two hypodermic syringes, a number of gelatin capsules, a burned bottle top "cooker", and a shoestring suitable for use as a tourniquet, in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 22-3601, which renders unlawful the possession of implements of a crime. Appellant, having waived jury trial, was tried by the court, found guilty, and sentenced...
