This is an appeal from a judgment against the appellant in a suit brought by appellant for the value of two oriental rugs that she had stored in 1953 with the E. P. Hinkel & Company, Inc.1

The evidence at trial, without a jury, revealed that the appellant and her late husband had stored four oriental rugs with the Hinkel Company in 1953 and thereafter paid the storage charges as bills were received...
