The plaintiff-appellee, Alma Thompson, filed suit for personal injuries against the defendants, Dr. Walter H. Brent, his medical assistant, Mrs. Sally Doming, and the doctor's liability insurer, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. In her petition she alleges that while under the doctor's treatment, his medical assistant removed a plaster of paris cast from her arm in a negligent manner.
