The trustee applied to the Referee in Bankruptcy for permission to sell the assets of the bankrupt estate of Dean and Jean Fashions, Inc., free and clear of liens and encumbrances. In response, Hugh R. Lawson and Willa Jean Lawson asserted that they had a valid and subsisting lien against the inventory, accounts receivable, fixtures and equipment in the amount of $834.97.
