Pursuant to jury verdicts the circuit court of Iroquois County entered judgments based on fraud and deceit in favor of Ida Walsh, Plaintiff-Appellee, in the amount of $3,300 against Gilbert Oberlin and Reinhardt Lucht, Defendants-Appellants and in favor of August Reder, Plaintiff-Appellee, for $4,000 against Reinhardt Lucht, Defendant-Appellant.
