In this appeal from the Superior Court, the appellant, Dorothy A. Gushen, widow of Joseph E. Gushen and administratrix of his estate, seeks the reversal of a judgment entered upon a jury verdict in favor of appellee, Penn Central Transportation Company. Appellant's husband was killed in a collision between the car which he was driving and two trains operated by the appellee.
