The appeal here is from the denial of a writ of habeas corpus. On November 9, 1967, the applicant plead guilty in the Superior Court of Peach County to the offense of molestation of a minor child. Both he and his attorney, D. W. Wells, signed the guilty plea. He was sentenced to serve 20 years in the penitentiary.
