The sole question here is whether the warning rules enunciated in Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694, 10 A.L.R.3d 974, apply to simple misdemeanor cases. The trial court held in the affirmative. On the State's appeal we reverse. Our consideration of the question is limited to simple misdemeanors such as the case before us.
