In this unfair labor practice case the National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order directing Marinor Inns, Incorporated, to bargain with the Board-certified Union1 representing the Company's employees at its motel in Orlando, Florida. Admitting its refusal to bargain, Marinor seeks absolution on the grounds that the Board both lacked jurisdiction over the underlying representation issue...
