Horace W. Pendleton brought an action to recover for injuries he received in a collision on Interstate 95 near Colonial Heights. The action was filed against Ray V. Mobley and his employer, Carlisle Poultry & Egg Associates, Inc. (Poultry), Bruce D. Sjurseth and John Doe. Thereafter, counsel for Mobley and Poultry moved the court to substitute H. P. Beale & Sons, Inc. (Beale) as a party defendant...
