This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of heroin where the punishment was assessed by the jury at life.

Fort Worth police officers, armed with a search warrant, went to appellant's house on the night of July 10, 1970. Upon entry, the officers found appellant, a black male, dressed as a woman and wearing a mini type dress, wig, blouse and brassiere. Appellant removed the brassiere he was wearing at the request...
