Plaintiffs, Mrs. Lillie H. Copping and Mrs. Marie J. Coco, are the owners and lessors of the premises 435 Bourbon Street. Defendant, Steven Bertolino, is the lessee of said premises. This action is a devolutive appeal from a lower court judgment dismissing plaintiffs' rule for possession.
