Mrs. Crowe, joined by her husband, sued the defendants for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when Mrs. Crowe's automobile was struck by one driven by an agent for the defendants. The plaintiffs appeal and we will designate the parties as they appeared in the trial court. The accident is alleged to have happened on January 10, 1969, and the suit was filed on April 24, 1969.
