On March 18, 1968, plaintiffs brought this action in equity to enjoin the defendants from interfering with the plaintiffs' use of a roadway running from plaintiffs' property across defendants' property to State Highway C in Washington County. They alleged that the road was dedicated to Washington County as a public road and that the defendants were locking gates across the road preventing the plaintiffs' use of it.
