This originated as an action against the defendant corporation and its three directors. The plaintiffs sought to have a default judgment against them and in favor of the corporation set aside. The judgment was on a note payable to the corporation but at the time the suit resulting in the judgment was brought the corporation's charter had been forfeited for failure to file an annual registration and anti-trust affidavit.
