This is a workmen's compensation suit wherein plaintiff-appellant Melvin H. Lejeune sued his employer and the employer's insurer, alleging that he is totally and permanently disabled. The trial court concluded that he had recovered from his injuries as of January 5, 1970 and judgment was rendered, awarding him compensation benefits from the date of the accident, November 26, 1968 until his recovery date.
