The parties to this cause were formerly husband and wife, and are the same parties named in Zarges v. Zarges, 79 N.M. 494, 445 P.2d 97 (1968). The case now before us was filed pursuant to § 22-7-2, N.M.S.A. 1953, for the purpose of having the property rights of the parties determined. The trial court affirmed, and adopted as the court's own division and distribution...
