Appellant Rollyn E. Wall was convicted of the offenses of leaving the scene of an injury accident (K.S.A. 1968 Supp. 8-518) and driving a vehicle left of center of the roadway (K.S.A. 1968 Supp. 8-540 [b]). Sentences were imposed and he now appeals.
