This law action for damages arises from a collision at an uncontrolled intersection in a residential district in Ackley between an automobile operated by plaintiff, Johannes Miller, and another driven by defendant, Miriam L. Scholte, and owned by both defendants. As a result of the impact plaintiff received personal injuries and property damage.
