On December 4, 1969 the defendant, then indigent and represented by court appointed counsel, was permitted to plead guilty to an information charging larceny of a motor vehicle. He was subsequently sentenced therefor. Thereafter, on May 13, 1970 while in custody pursuant to said sentence, the defendant filed pro se a motion for leave to withdraw his plea of guilty pursuant to M.R.Crim.P., Rule 32(d).
