This is an appeal from the Superior Court's denial of a new trial after the jury returned a verdict for the defendants on the issue of damages.

The accident, out of which this action arose, occurred when plaintiffs' car was waiting for a red light and was struck from behind by a truck owned by one of the defendants and operated by its employee. The impact was slight and no damage resulted to...
