This is an appeal from verdict and judgment for plaintiff-appellee against appellant Southern Guaranty Insurance Company. Suit was brought below in a one count complaint for breach of an oral contract of insurance. Appellant filed eight pleas to the complaint. Demurrer was sustained to all pleas except 6 and 7.
